Services have since been restored. If you are experiencing any abnormal service at this time, please contact support. 12:45pm Update / RFO: The 20th floor UPS suffered a power event which disrupted power to all racks. The UPS is now in bypass. Vendor technicians are already in-route to conduct repairs. Be advised that during this time equipment in this facility cannot be protected should city power be disrupted. If you have equipment on the 20th floor that has not yet recovered from this power event please contact colo-support@cnw.com or call (800) 123-4567 and we will have technicians on the floor provide remote hands free of charge. We will update this notice again once the floor UPS has been repaired. 4:09pm Update: - The UPS has been repaired and returned to service. The floor is no longer solely on mains power.
