Who We Are

Stephen Milton CEO

For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of building the internet infrastructure that connects the Pacific Northwest. As CEO of IsoFusion, my work has never been just about servers and cables—it’s about ensuring that the region I call home has the connectivity it needs to thrive. From the early days of dial-up to the modern fiber revolution, I’ve focused on designing systems that are as resilient and reliable as the people who live here.

I am not just an executive; I am a technician at heart. A Seattle native and University of Washington alum (Go Huskies), I founded my first Washington-based company, Isomedia, in 1991. Spending my entire career on the ground level here has taught me that internet access is more than just a commodity.

For me, connectivity is a public service. Whether it was deploying emergency wireless networks on the Gulf Coast to aid relief efforts after Hurricane Katrina, or serving as Vice Chairman of the Mercer Island Utility Advisory Board since 2013, I believe in using my experience to solve real-world problems for my neighbors.

With Connect Northwest, I am proud to bring that same level of technical rigor and community dedication to your home. We aren’t building a network for quarterly profits; we are building a network that our community can rely on for decades to come.

Dan Sivils President & COO

As President and Chief Operating Officer of IsoFusion, I’m proud to help lead the CNW brand and bring fast, dependable fiber internet and outstanding customer support to homes and businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest. My focus is simple: make sure our customers stay connected with technology that’s built to be reliable, easy to use, and ready for the future.

Having lived in Pierce County for over 25 years, I know first-hand that strong internet comes from people who understand and care about their community. My wife teaches in the Enumclaw School District, our two children were born and raised here, and I’m grateful to support local students through my work on the White River School District’s Career and Technical Education Board.

I remain committed to putting customers first, strengthening local connectivity, and serving our communities with the accountability only a local company can provide.

Derik Dahlke VP of Business Development

As VP of Business Development, my mission is to empower our region with superior technology. Whether I am partnering with commercial businesses, HOAs, MDUs, or senior communities, my goal is to ensure our clients have the infrastructure they need to thrive.

For me, this is about serving the region that has shaped my entire life. Having spent 20 years serving the Seattle metro area, I am deeply invested in Washington. I take “skin in the game” literally. I recently hiked the spine of the state on the Pacific Crest Trail, battling steep, rugged terrain and challenging weather to reach the finish. That experience reinforced that you cannot truly understand this region from a distance.

I spent years representing massive global Tier 1 providers right here in Seattle. But being a local face for a distant corporation isn’t enough. I joined IsoFusion because I realized that real accountability requires presence, not a headquarters in another time zone.

Today, I prioritize simplicity and transparency to create real value for my neighbors. Whether it is retrofitting a historic building or lighting up a new development, we are building infrastructure you can trust. When you work with us, you aren’t getting a sales rep who flies out on Friday. You are getting a neighbor who shows up, understands the local challenges, and stays until the job is done.

Robyn Engleking Director of Finance & Accounting

As Director of Finance & Accounting, my role goes beyond spreadsheets and ledgers. I ensure IsoFusion has the financial stability and strength to keep its promises to our customers. Building a fiber network is a long-term investment in our community, and I am here to make sure we are built to last.

For over 30 years, I have navigated the unique landscape of the Pacific Northwest. From Seattle to Tacoma to Portland, I bring a blend of operational expertise and deep community service. I worked with major telecom operators like AT&T Wireless and Cricket Wireless (LCW Wireless), but my focus was never just on numbers from a high tower. I supported local field teams in our PNW markets and managed financial operations that kept the infrastructure robust and capable of delivering the high-quality network our region relies on.

I also know that a company’s value isn’t measured solely on a balance sheet. Before joining IsoFusion, I served as CFO for the Mt. Baker Housing Association and Director of Finance for Tacoma Arts Live, where I experienced how thoughtful financial management can result in meaningful community impact.

I joined IsoFusion because it brings together the best of both worlds: the technical strength of a major carrier and the heart of a local nonprofit. As a South King County resident and a die-hard Seahawks fan, I am invested in the place I call home. I am proud to support the financial stewardship that helps us build jobs, strengthen neighborhoods, and deliver reliable connectivity throughout the region.

Shaun Sutter, RCDD Director of Engineering

As Director of Engineering, my job is to turn our promises of speed and reliability into physical reality. I oversee the design, architecture, and deployment of the Connect Northwest network. I do not just draw lines on a map. I engineer systems that are built to code, built to last, and built to handle the future.

I hold the RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification, which is the gold standard in our industry. My expertise was not learned just in a classroom. It was earned on job sites across the Pacific Northwest. Before taking the helm at IsoFusion, I spent nearly 12 years with Cannon Construction in Milton, WA. I managed crews and oversaw complex projects ranging from underground utility builds to massive fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments.

I know what lies beneath the streets of Washington. I have managed the installation of everything from low-voltage power to mission-critical data centers. Earlier in my career, I led teams implementing voice and data infrastructure for Boeing sites across the Puget Sound. That is an environment where “good enough” is not an option.

I joined this team because I believe in doing things the right way, the first time. The “out-of-towners” might try to cut corners to save a buck, but we design our networks to stand the test of time. When you connect to our fiber, you are connecting to a system engineered by a local expert who takes pride in the finished product.

Jason Bosse Director of Customer Experience

As Director of Customer Experience, my role is simple. I ensure that every customer gets the attention and solutions they need, exactly when they need them. I manage our in-house 24/7 customer support team, as well as our marketing and field teams. In an industry known for automated bots and endless hold times, my job is to bring the human element back to internet service.

I have spent my entire career in customer service, including nearly five years here at IsoFusion. But my roots in local service go much deeper. Before joining this team, I spent over 20 years with another Washington-based small business, learning firsthand that reputation is built one interaction at a time. I understand that trust is not given. It is earned by showing up and solving problems.

I was born in the Pacific Northwest and have lived here my whole life. This isn’t just my market. It is my community. I raised all five of my children here, and all of them still call Washington home. I am deeply invested in the next generation. Whether I am coaching at the Lake Steven’s Basketball Club or leading a flag football team for the Boys & Girls Club, I believe in the power of mentorship and teamwork.

At Connect Northwest, we don’t outsource our support to a call center halfway around the world. We handle it right here, led by a team that understands your neighborhood because we live in it too.
