Housing Availablility

Friendship House consists of two houses to provide shelter for the homeless. The Men's House is located at 1008 South Third Street in Mount Vernon, WA and contains the community kitchen. The Family Center is located down the street from the Men's. Each house is licensed to hold 24 people. We are unable to help families with teenage boys (unless there is a male parent) or single fathers with small (under 14 years) children. Two parent families must be separated between the two houses. Our long-term goal is to create a larger family shelter that will help those populations.
